This Just In

Hi Partners,

I wanted to take a few moments to update you on what God is doing through PDM. We have just landed in Kampala, Uganda, and as we prepare for the days ahead, I can’t help but think about everything we just witnessed in Brazzaville, Congo. God has been so faithful, and it is incredible to see the doors He continues to open for us to take the Gospel to the nations.

Our time in Brazzaville was truly unforgettable. We had the opportunity to minister to nearly 20,000 people and witnessed the power of God in an incredible way. We saw tumors fall off people’s bodies, blind eyes opened, and people who had been unable to walk receive strength in their legs and begin walking again. We watched as God touched people physically, spiritually, and emotionally, and we were reminded once again that He is still a miracle-working God.

But as incredible as those miracles were, the greatest miracle will always be salvation. More than 3,200 people gave their lives to Christ in Brazzaville! That is what this ministry is all about. Every trip, every service, every mile traveled, and every dollar given is for one purpose: to reach people with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

We left Brazzaville knowing that our work there is not finished. We are already working toward returning in 2027 for a massive five-day crusade, and we are believing God for an even greater harvest. What we witnessed this year has only increased our expectation for what God can do when we return.

And now, we are here in Uganda!

As I write this, we have just arrived in Kampala, and there is such an expectation in our hearts for what God is about to do. During our time here, we will have the opportunity to minister to more than 200,000 people in person, but the reach goes far beyond those who will be standing in front of us. Through live television and radio broadcasts, these services have the potential to reach millions of people throughout Uganda and 12 other African nations.

Just think about that. From the meetings here in Kampala, the Gospel can go into homes across 13 nations. People we may never meet face-to-face will have the opportunity to hear about Jesus, experience God’s presence, and make a decision that can change their lives forever.

We have come to Uganda believing God for at least 50,000 salvations. That is a big number, but we serve a big God! And behind that number are real people—mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, and entire families who need the hope that can only be found in Jesus.

Partners, you are here with us. You may not have stepped off the plane in Kampala, but your prayers and your giving have traveled with us. Every time you support PDM, you help send the Gospel farther. You help us stand before another crowd, enter another nation, and tell another person that Jesus saves, heals, restores, and changes lives.

What happened in Brazzaville is part of your harvest, and we believe what is about to happen here in Uganda will be part of your harvest too.

So as these meetings begin, I am asking you to pray with us. Pray for the anointing of God to be upon every service. Pray for miracles and healings. Pray that hearts will be open and receptive to the Gospel. Pray that the television and radio broadcasts will reach people who desperately need to hear this message. And most importantly, pray with us for souls to come into the Kingdom of God.

We have arrived. We are ready. And we are expecting God to do something extraordinary in Uganda.

Thank you for sending us. Thank you for believing with us. And thank you for continuing to help PDM take the Gospel to the nations.

I can’t wait to share with you what God does here!

For Souls,

Eric Smith
